Exiciting MIDLAND MCM EXPO stuff ....

... OK, I have good news ... I will be going to Midland MCM Expo in Telford this weekend. I will be there with Inspired and Itch Publishing to sell comics, run the art competition and have a good time.

so .. yeh ... maybe I'll see you there? do say hi.

It will be incredibly strange being at this particular event with a table. and it will be AWEESSSOMMEEE sharing with itch.

I'm really looking forward to it! and I should get to see leek and sushi!!! 8D!!!

Theres lots of little extra things to be doing this week, so I can't chat long.

my 2nd piece of good news is that I've launched a webcomic successfully over the past couple of weeks and I'm well ahead for updates. so .. yeh ... check it out if you have the time. if you're interested in following it the update is Friday lunch timeish (GMT).

that is a strange venue to be holding something like that... if it's the type of venue I think it is... is it a fair?

its an expo ...... ummmm ......... movies comics media ... MCM ... so its like one bit exhibitors hall ... where companys try to sell you stuff ... and you buy it because ... they often sell it slightly cheaper because its not going through a shop

I guess comics is in the title ... but most people who go to MCM are teenagers/young adults in cosplay and buy pocky and tokyopop manga. theres not that many people who try to sell their own stuff at MCM unless they're a big company ... because ... the audience there ... aren't likely to buy it. mostly because of this, I didn't think we'd ever bother getting a table at an MCM expo
