...yeh, it went well.

contest judging is hard work. winners are now online. see the winners and other entries go to the blog on myspace

because I'm not subscribed ... and livejournal is free ... if you want to see my photos from the day and read all about it see my livejournal post - "Ouch ..."

and ... since my last journal on here ... my mini comic has updated 3 new pages ... so I should probably redirect you to that as well Instant Comics

I have been reading lots of comics I'd love to chat about ... but because the weekend was so busy .. I'm slipping behind with uni work ... so I'm gonna go do that now

we sold some comics ... but not very many. which I guess was expected. I hope newer anthologies are more successful at this kind of event

I meant comics or whatever else you were selling.

wares...I'm not sure.. but I think it's either slang or a shortened version for something meaning "what you're offering".

and ah well... you did say it wasn't the type of crowd to buy such things...

we only sell comics ... sometimes original artwork or bookmarks ... but they don't sell as well ... because we're not good enough yet and at leased with a comic you get the stories.

._. we're selling Coraline Bookmarks at our store... for $4.50 canadian.
I think that's about two pounds there? give or take...your...mini money?

@______@ I bought a bookmark for that price once. there was no tag on it so I was like "awh, it will be like 50p or something" and when I ggot to the till it was like £2 or £3 and I just paid for it - because I was too embarrassed not too.

well I guess if it's a wicked enough bookmark.
It was a coraline bookmark(the ones we have). I was tempted But I always lose my bookmarks. Or I never use them. I always use pieces of paper and stuff XD
